Monthly Tune-Up Plan

We love spontaneity, but our bodies do better with a plan.

We shouldn’t require a crisis to take care of our bodies. And yet, so many of us wait until they are in full-on tantrum mode — waving frantically, yelling, doing weird dances and cartwheels — before we pay them any attention.

Our Monthly Tune-Up Plan is a habit-forming commitment to your wellbeing. This membership incentivizes you to build a consistent self-care habit. It’s about knowing that every month, no matter how busy things get, you have made the choice to take a moment for yourself — to breathe, to reset, to receive care.

  • One massage per month designed for consistency and maintenance.

    This is for managing tension, stress, and smaller issues — before they escalate.

    Our Monthly Tune-Up Memberships:

    • Encourage a sustainable self-care routine

    • Reduce tension, pain, and stress before they take over

    • Support deeper therapeutic work over time

    • Help your body feel better, longer

    • Provide a sense of grounding and continuity

    After that? Month-to-month flexibility!

    Miss a month? We’re human too. You can roll it over to the next month as long as your membership stays active.

Recovery Plan

Therapeutic care when you need it most.

A short-term, high-support recovery program for when you’re in acute pain or have a specific issue you want to make progress with.

An expert massage therapist will guide you through this month of treatment and support. You’ll start with a short but comprehensive consultation with an expert LMT after which they’ll create a treatment plan to address your concerns. Although the plan will potentially incorporate several massage specialties and multiple therapists, your care will stay focused and your progress will be monitored through regular and detailed communication with the original massage therapist.

  • This plan is for moments when maintenance isn’t enough and your body needs expert-led, focused, and intentional care. It is short-term by design, there is no long term commitment.

    This is structured support designed to reduce pain, support healing, and help you return to moving — and feeling — like yourself again.

    Our Recovery Plan Memberships include:

    • Initial consultation with an expert LMT

    • A focused treatment plan for the month to jumpstart healing

    • Ongoing communication with and between experts to keep care aligned

    • Four 60-minute Therapeutic and/or Specialty Massages
      (may include MLD, Sports, Hot Stone, or Cupping)

    • Priority booking whenever possible

    • 10% off your first three months of the Monthly Tune-Up Membership

  • $525 for an initial consultation and four sessions across five weeks.

    No commitment beyond the first five weeks.

Marathoner’s Prep & Recover Plan

Built for the long run.

Running a marathon is an incredible accomplishment. But the training asks a lot from your body. As the miles add up you notice tension in new places. Tiny imbalances grow into pain patterns and might lead to injuries. Your body starts quietly (or not so quietly) asking for help.

Our Marathoner’s Prep & Recover Plan supports your body through the full arc of training and recovery. Our highly trained sports LMTs will find and address the small issues before they grow into bigger, race-threatening ones. And, because this is Melt, of course the sessions will be thoughtfully customized to your goals and your body. Because when you cross the finish line, we want your body healthy, intact, and ready for whatever’s next.

  • Six sports massages in six months. Four sessions before race day to help keep your body moving efficiently and pain free . . . followed by two recovery sessions after the race to help your muscles repair and your nervous system settle.

    Our Marathoner’s Prep & Recover Plan Memberships:

    • Treat recovery as an essential part of your training

    • Address tension and imbalances before they cause pain or injury

    • Offer rollover flexibility because time is everything when you’re upping your mileage

    • Provide continuous support from expert LMTs

  • This is for athletes who understand that recovery is an essential piece of the training plan!

    Six sports massages in six months. Flexible scheduling and rollover as long as the membership remains active.

 Membership FAQs

Why memberships? How are they different from packages?

A package is a stack of sessions. A membership is a system.

Memberships are designed to create consistency, priority access, and follow-through — so your care actually happens instead of sitting on your to-do list.

How do I know which membership I need?

If you’re not in too much pain and know that massage is something that keeps you feeling good, the Monthly Tune-Up is for you. If you’re hurting, injured, or dealing with an issue that isn’t resolving, the Recovery Plan gives you structure and focus. Or if you’re training for the Marathon or another event, maybe the Marathoner’s Prep & Recover will fit best!

And if you’re not sure — we’ll help you decide.

Do I have to commit long-term?

After the initial term, the choice is always yours whether or not to continue. The short minimum commitment (six months or five weeks depending on the membership plan) exists to ensure it does what it says it will: help you build a self-care practice and/or get you moving and feeling better.

We want you here because it’s helping, not because you’re stuck.

Once I’m a Member, how do I book a massage?

You can book your massages like you always did. Just sign up for a session online and don’t worry that it says you’ll be charged for it - you won’t be. It’ll come out of your membership benefits automatically. If it’s still confusing you’re also always welcome to call or email us at the desk.

On The MOnthly Tune-Up plan, Can I Come in for more than one massage in a month?

Absolutely. Members get better pricing on additional sessions, so you can come in more often when you need to — without paying full price.

Can i share my membership with a family member or a friend?

Sorry, no. This one is just for you! But if you think they’d benefit from it too, referrals get you perks.

If I don’t use my massages during the time allotment, can they rollover?

While the monthly consistency is the point of the Monthly Tune-Up Plan, we know life sometimes happens. As long as you maintain an active membership, one massage can rollover into the following month.

For the Recovery Membership, if you don’t use all four sessions, but you sign up for an additional month, the remainder can rollover.

With the Marathoner’s Plan, the sessions will rollover as long as the membership is active - meaning you need to use all six within the six month period.

Can I change or switch plans?

Yes. Bodies change, life changes, and your membership can change with you.

We’ll help you move between maintenance and recovery as your needs shift.
