Description: Come experience a dynamic full-body workout using the springboard apparatus and small Pilates props. These small, customized classes will guide you through mindful exercises that stabilize the core, tone the upper and lower extremities, and encourage greater mobility in the joints. This user-friendly equipment makes it easy for all levels to join any class and feel challenged.
All springboard classes require advanced registration, no drop-ins.

Description: Join us for an hour of Pilates conditioning to lengthen, strengthen, and tone the body. The class will focus on learning the Pilates mat work and re-teaching the abdominal muscles how to engage in the most effective way, improving posture and bringing the body back into correct alignment. All levels are welcome!
Wednesdays, 7:30 - 8:30pm
Description: Free the hips, the spine and the mind! This class is a smart blend of Pilates, Yoga and myofascial release sequenced to encourage core strength, flexibility and range of motion. You can expect 40-minutes of strength and flexibility training at a deliberate pace, then 15-minutes of deep release using foam rollers, massage balls, and/or other props. Over time, this approach will aid in creating more energy, freedom and ease in the body, mind and spirit.

Description: This gentle class offers space to move, breathe, and connect inside and out. Gain balance and support throughout the stages of pregnancy with slow vinyasa flow, simple stretches, and restorative postures to promote circulation and stability, relieve common discomforts, and allow the mind to settle into the natural intelligence of the body. Includes strong emphasis on breathing and pelvic floor awareness in preparation for labor, delivery, and beyond.
Generally appropriate from 2nd trimester onward. Please consult with your healthcare provider prior to attending class, and let your teacher know of any specific conditions or concerns.
Space is limited to 12 students. RSVP recommended.

Sundays, 10:30am - 12pm
Description: This class is geared toward students who wish to practice mindfully. We will explore postures in detail. Transitions will be smooth and conscientious. Instruction will be attentive to alignment. Students will be invited to meet some challenges and enjoy a whole lot of reprieve. Each class will feature a targeted, physical sequence as well as meditation and pranayama (breathing) exercises. This class is appropriate for new and seasoned practitioners.
